Pearl Ridge is a transformative 202-unit residential subdivision in the 75241 zip code, designed to provide high-quality, community-anchored housing. Situation
Innovan Neighborhoods, led by CEO Maggie Parker, needed more than just a ceremony; they needed a cohesive platform to introduce a massive $40M+ development to the city, investors, and the local community.
To transition from the planning phase to active development, the project needed a cohesive brand identity, a digital home, and a high-profile groundbreaking event to engage city officials and the 75241 community.
The challenge was to:
