About Us
PRAXIS
Strategic Consulting is a strategy-first agency for the built environment.
We partner with architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) firms, commercial real estate (CRE), place-based non-profits, and civic organizations to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to their work.
Our team blends strategic, creative, and marketing expertise to support clients in navigating complexity, refining their positioning, and executing with confidence.
Our
Philosophy
At PRAXIS, we don’t start with templates or quick fixes. We start by listening, asking good questions, and understanding what’s really going on.
Our method is simply our way of working: grounded in experience, shaped by context, and focused on helping clients make clear, confident decisions.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every organization is different. Our approach is built around listening first, being honest about what we see, and helping leaders figure out what makes sense for their situation.
Our Mission
We provide value to our clients by helping them connect, communicate, and compete through a community-centered lens prioritizing social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Our Vision
To make the built environment reflect everyone living in it.
Our Values. DEMONSTRATED:
Our Why:
We believe the built environment works best when opportunity, access, and preparation are aligned — and when capable organizations have a fair chance to be seen, trusted, and selected.
Our work is rooted in a commitment to:
- Expand access and equity through visibility and strategy
- Strengthen procurement and pursuit processes across firm types and sizes
- Provide fractional marketing and advisory leadership to emerging and growing teams
- Champion creativity, inclusion, and credibility in every engagement
- Remove barriers that prevent capable organizations from competing and thriving
visible gaps = invisible barriers
This work started with what we kept hearing... from every side:
In our early work with large AEC firms and public agencies, we kept hearing the same concern:
“We can’t find enough qualified firms for this work.”
At the same time, smaller, emerging, and community-rooted organizations were telling us something very different:
“Decision-makers don’t know we exist, or don’t see us as ready.”
These gaps pointed to structural disconnects rooted in limited access to information, uneven visibility, and unclear pathways to opportunity.
ABOUT US
PRAXIS Strategic Consulting works alongside organizations across the built environment to help them move with focus, purpose, and momentum.
We empower architecture, engineering, and construction firms, commercial real estate professionals, civic organizations, and community-rooted nonprofits to leverage their strengths, elevate their visibility, and compete more effectively.
Our team brings deep experience in strategy, marketing, communications, and storytelling. Whether we are building a business development infrastructure, launching a public-facing campaign, or guiding a coalition through a complex initiative, we start with strategy and follow through with execution.
