ABOUT US

PRAXIS Strategic Consulting helps clients in the built environment move with clarity, purpose, and momentum.

We empower architecture, engineering, and construction firms, commercial real estate professionals, civic organizations, and community-rooted nonprofits to leverage their strengths, elevate their visibility, and compete more effectively.

Our team brings deep experience in strategy, marketing, communications, and storytelling. Whether we are building a business development infrastructure, launching a public-facing campaign, or guiding a coalition through a complex initiative, we start with strategy and follow through with execution.

Why We Do This Work?

๏ปฟWe believe in levelling the playing field across the built environment.

  • Advance access and equity through visibility and strategy
  • Strengthen procurement and pursuit processes for all types of firms
  • Deliver fractional marketing and advisory expertise to emerging and growing teams
  • Champion creativity, inclusion, and credibility in every engagement
  • Remove barriers that prevent capable firms from being seen and selected

How We Work:

Every engagement begins with assessment and alignment. We apply a collaborative, insight-driven approach that allows us to design strategy, deliver outcomes, and adapt as your needs evolve. With a team of strategic, creative, and marketing professionals rooted in AEC and community experience, we equip our clients to move forward with confidence and clarity.

visible gaps = invisible barriers

We heard common feedback when working with prime AEC firms on projects:

"There are no (or very few) MBE firms qualified to do this work."

BUT, when engaging with smaller specialty consultants, minority-owned (MBE) firms, and other disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE), their comments were a direct contradiction:

"Potential clients are unaware that we exist, or worse - they do not believe we are capable of completing the work."

These are not just misconceptions. They are structural disconnects caused by a lack of strategic communication and visibility.

  • PRAXIS exists to close those gaps and create more equitable access to opportunities across the built environment.
