PROCESS

During our discovery and project kick-off phase, we will complete our REALTALK Audit. No sugarcoating here. We promise to provide you with candid feedback on where you are and how we can help you reach the next level, while identifying blindspots in your organization.

 

We will evaluate your strategies, goals, and objectives, as well as your existing marketing materials, processes, and digital platforms.

Harnessing the knowledge we have gained from listening and learning, we then advise you of recommended enhancements and present a targeted strategy to implement those changes. These modifications could include new messaging or brand aesthetics, refinements in your current operations/policies, pursuit processes, or strategy shifts.

At this point in the process, we will have developed a mutual rapport and trust. This phase allows us to be creative, leverage our industry expertise, and design effective solutions for your unique challenges.

During the delivery phase, we will design and present concepts, responses, drafts of strategy processes, and project specific deliverables to meet our milestones. This could include implementing DEI strategy and launching new marketing initiatives. This collaborative phase requires feedback and input from you and your team in order to achieve the greatest level of success.

The review phase can be on-going, depending upon our engagement level. For digital strategy and CRM, there will always be some level of management and reporting. For project pursuits, we'll apply what we've learned to each new opportunity. The review phase also encompasses a debrief process and capturing marketable success stories for your firm.
