DALLAS – June 12, 2025 – PRAXIS successfully managed the groundbreaking ceremony for Tenison Lofts, a significant mixed-income housing development spearheaded by Generation Housing Partners. The event took place across from Samuell Grand Park and spans two Dallas City Council districts, marking a pivotal moment in the revitalization of the area.

The Tenison Lofts project will introduce 164 units of Class A housing, aimed at providing affordable living options for families and individuals in the community. This development replaces long-blighted commercial properties, transforming the landscape and enhancing the quality of life for residents.

Despite inclement weather and a limited budget, PRAXIS executed a seamless event that highlighted the importance of this milestone. Attendees included local officials, community leaders, and residents, all gathered to celebrate the beginning of a project that promises to foster community engagement and economic growth.
